    Description

    This beautiful pen set was purchased for me in the late
    1980s in Hamburg, German
    y- directly from the ROTRING Company Headquarters, when they were still in Germany  (now in Japan).
    The Rotring 600 design was considered the company's entry into the upscale writing instrument market.  With its hexagonal barrel,  solid weight, and classy silver colored surface it fulfilled this goal.
    The set includes:
    1
    ROTRING 600 Fountain Pen
    (for ink cartridges)  with
    MEDIUM Nib
    . The pen is  5 1/2" long and it is in very good condition. The nib is perfect, the surface of the pen shows minimal signs of wear,  just one small scratch on the cap (see last photo).
    1 ROTRING 600 Ballpoint Pen
    with ink color indicator next to the push button.  Right now it has a blue "ROTRING Jumbo Mine" refill inside.  The pen is in excellent condition - very minimal signs of wear.
    The brown and gold velvet Rotring case is still in very nice condition -  clean, and from our
    pet- and smoke free home.
