These are

inks in Perfect Color sealed bottles.
Pigmented Inks for Ink Jet Printing.  Designed for Direct to Garment (DTG)(eg. T-Shirt) Applications on Cotton.  Heat Set Required.
Designed for use in all Epson Headed Direct to Garment printers. Examples include: DTG, Fast T-Jet, AnaJet Sprint, Flexijet, MS One, etc.
This set consists of the 4 main colors, 500 ml each of Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black Ink as well as 500 ml of White Ink and 500 ml of Pre-Treat for White Ink (PT for White - or simply Pre-Treat - is required under White Ink for optimal results ),  and 250 ml bottles of Pre-Treat for Light Colors ( also enhances CMYK pastel colors, but it not required or it can be used to make all CMYK Colors stronger), and 250 ml of Pre-Treat for Poly (PTP). PTP is a Pre-Treatment that increases adhesion if your shirt is not 100% Cotton (Poly / Cotton Blend).  And 500 ml of head cleaning fluid.
