New heavy duty PBL 10ft light stand, 2 section spring loaded, all metal 1/4 turn locking collars, not plastic that will crack or strip out. Stand will hold strobes or continuous lights up to 16 lbs. This 10ft stands will give you years of service. This is the same heavy duty light stand that we send out with our lighting kits.  Metal tube construction for extra heavy duty use. Black non-glare finish. Rubber tips on legs to prevent movement. All metal locking collars, no plastic knobs like other light stands sold on eBay that tend to crack or strip from their metal studs in just a short time.
