Returns/Exchanges/Issues
You must contact us within 30 days of receiving an item to initiate a return or exchange.  It is your responsibility to check compatibility prior to purchasing.  Items returned for a reason other than DOA will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.  Items must be returned in the exact condition in which they were received, which includes all parts and packaging.
If the item does not match the description or is Dead on Arrival (DOA), please contact us before opening a case with eBay or leaving feedback as those options complicate an otherwise easy fix.  We can usually send you parts or do an exchange/return for a full refund.
