    Description

    Rare small original Body Built By Studebaker body badge emblem insignia nameplate logo. The Studebaker was built from 1902 to 1964 in South Bend, IN. Online research indicates this type of emblem was used from 1927 to 1929 mounted on the dashboard but I do not know exact year, model or application for this example. 1 7/16" wide by 3/4" high, stamped unplated german silver with black painted infill. No makers mark visible. Excellent used condition, no damage of any kind, lettering and framing is sharp and clear, the finish is bright but the infill paint is worn and faded. The original threaded mounting boss is intact and useable. Hard to find, great for your collection, use as is on a driver, or easily restored. U.S. buyers will pay .50 First Class shipping, International shipping cost will vary based on location. NO RESERVE.
