An amazing piece in very good 93 year old condition.
Hard covers, both back and front, are punched as shown in the photos. All interior pages are fully intact.
Title on spine in gilt lettering rubbed but still legible.
Top and bottom of spine bumped/frayed.
Pages are gilt edged
The photo of the Board of Control is loose/separated (otherwise tight binding keeps it in place.
The remainder of pages are tight to the binding.
Small handbook size at about 5.5" tall and 3.5" wide.
Signature on inside front and back covers.
I spent some time, with little success, trying to match the signature with a councillor's name.
Maybe you will have better luck.
