Vtg 1948 Rudolph Novelty Americas Map Wheel Progressive Conservative PC Bodie Ad

This is  "The Americas" map wheel printed in Canada by the Rudolph Novelty Co. The map is copyright dated 1948, but the election it is advertising was the 1949 federal election in which J. Leslie Brodie was a candidate for the Progressive Conservative Party in Springfield, Manitoba, Canada. This advertising piece did not win him the seat! The piece still spins nicely, but has extensive wear to both the map side and the advertising on the backside.
